Job Specifications:

• Minimum 3 years of strong professional experience developing android based applications. 
• Solid understanding of software development best practices
• Experience working in Agile environment. SCRUM is preferred
• Experience with GIT and SVN
• Great attitude, always ready to help, excited to learn new things
• Familiarity with html5, hybrid apps and iOS development is a huge plus.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with rapid changes in direction and environment. To be successful, you need to work in fast paced environment because we are looking for someone with “roll up your sleeves” attitude, not afraid to ask for help, neither to give.
Responsibilities:

• Develop native android apps
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design and ship new applications and features
• Produce high quality code that is optimised for maintainability and performance
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Help identify test cases, resolve issues, and fix bugs
• Guide junior developers and team toward the result. 
• Communicate with clients and provide visions for efficient solutions.
